Experienced Engineers
Our experienced engineers undertake investigations which include determining the cause and extent of building distress. We also identify any need for Immediate Make Safe works and can provide reinstatement and upgrade Scope of Works, including design and documentation
FES provides engineering investigation and report writing services with regard to distressed residential, industrial and commercial buildings typically resulting from:

Facilitating Investigations
To facilitate some investigations, FES can liaise with, and project manage, sub-consultants such as building surveyors, geotechnical engineers, services engineers, and remedial works building contractors, with these outcomes included within FES’ report. FES is also experienced in providing expert witness services and assisting in determining resolution of building disputes
FES can assist with both simple and complex investigations and undertake all necessary works as required to provide an engineering solution.
